It was 1950 something, Vegas was just getting hot and Bugsy Siegel was about to open
his very magnificent and very over budget, Flamingo Hotel. The movie was "Bugsy"
and Warren Beatty played the lead. The night of the grand opening, Bugsy and his
buddies show up, dressed to the nines, in tuxedos, every lady on their arm in fully
sequined dresses. The scene is unforgettable…all elegance…all class. It was the mark
of prosperity -
